Shipping Policy

All products in our store are made-to-order and printed just for you. Please allow time for both production and shipping.

Production Time Orders are typically processed and produced within 2–7 business days after purchase, depending on the product and print provider.

Shipping Times (after production)

• United States: 3–7 business days
• International: 10–20 business days

Total delivery time = production time + shipping time.

Shipping Carriers Orders are shipped via USPS, FedEx, DHL, or other carriers depending on your location and the product ordered.

Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@padlillycreations.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate.

International Orders International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply upon delivery.
