Every item is made to order. Production and shipping times vary by product, destination and production partner. Tracking information will be emailed when your order ships. Please review our Shipping Policy for current processing and delivery information.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect size or color selection because our products are made to order. If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photographs.
Cancellation or modification requests must be submitted within 24 hours. Because production may begin sooner, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once production has started.
We ship to the United States and select international destinations. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location. International orders may be subject to customs fees.
Please contact us within 30 days with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We'll review your claim within 2–3 business days and, if approved, arrange a replacement or refund according to our Refund Policy.
